What personal data we process

Through its website ASTEYO may collect and process: name, surname, email address, IP address, and other data provided by users. We may also collect browser type and version, operating system, the referring website, sub-pages visited, date and time of access, the IP address, and the internet access provider. This information is used to deliver the website correctly, optimise content, ensure the long-term viability of the technology, and provide authorities with information needed for criminal prosecution in the event of a cyber-attack. We analyse anonymously collected data statistically to improve data protection and security.

We collect information directly from the user, from server traffic reports, and through cookies. Information provided directly may include first and last name, email address, and other personal data contained in CVs uploaded to the site or in messages sent. Server traffic reports include the IP address, time of visit, and the source from which you reached our website. Cookie information may include information from your previous visits and internet traffic data.

Direct contact via the website

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, the personal data you send is stored automatically for processing and to contact you. There is no transfer of this personal data to third parties.

CV submission

People interested in working within or for ASTEYO may apply via the website by uploading their CV. The personal data in the CV or accompanying message is stored to contact the person about a potential collaboration.

Purposes of processing

We use the personal data of users and visitors to present and provide our services, inform you about our activities and offers, personalise services, process your requests, respond to customer requests, recruit employees and collaborators, contact you to update your data, for marketing and advertising by newsletter, and for statistical analysis that does not create individual profiles. Data collected for these purposes is not processed for other purposes except with your express consent.

Legal grounds for processing

Processing is based on ASTEYO's legal obligations arising from operations conducted through this website, the legitimate interest of the company in promoting its products and/or services, and your consent for marketing/advertising, recruitment, and other processing for which the law requires consent.

Data retention

Personal data is stored for the legal retention period. After it expires, data is deleted regularly if no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Where there is no legal obligation to retain data, it is kept for a maximum of 3 years. If you contact us with a question, we keep your data for as long as needed to handle it, but no longer than 3 years after the last correspondence. If you have consented to marketing, we keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion; marketing data is deleted 3 years after the last interaction. Cookies stored on your device are kept no longer than 3 years. CVs submitted for a potential collaboration are processed on the basis of your consent and kept for up to 3 years, unless you ask for earlier deletion. You can end processing or request deletion at any time by emailing office@asteyo.com; once you request deletion, the data is no longer processed.

Principles of processing

ASTEYO complies with all principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that personal data is:

• processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently;
• collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes;
• adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary;
• accurate and up to date;
• kept in a form that permits identification no longer than necessary;
• processed in a way that ensures appropriate security, so the data is complete, confidential, and available.

Cookies

Our website uses only the technically necessary storage required to deliver the site and remember your language choice. We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent beforehand through a cookie banner and give you a way to manage your choices.

Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, in line with Article 32 of the GDPR. Data transmitted through this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

International data transfers

Your personal data is processed within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA. Should this change, we will only do so with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (for example, EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and will inform you accordingly.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we have processed your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Speicherdauer

Personenbezogene Daten werden für die gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfrist gespeichert. Nach deren Ablauf werden sie regelmäßig gelöscht, sofern nicht mehr erforderlich. Besteht keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht, werden sie höchstens 3 Jahre aufbewahrt. Bei einer Anfrage bewahren wir Ihre Daten so lange wie nötig auf, jedoch höchstens 3 Jahre nach der letzten Korrespondenz. Bei Einwilligung in Marketing bewahren wir Ihre Daten auf, bis Sie sich abmelden oder die Löschung verlangen; Marketingdaten werden 3 Jahre nach der letzten Interaktion gelöscht. Auf Ihrem Gerät gespeicherte Cookies werden höchstens 3 Jahre aufbewahrt. Für eine mögliche Zusammenarbeit übermittelte Lebensläufe werden auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung verarbeitet und bis zu 3 Jahre aufbewahrt, sofern Sie keine frühere Löschung verlangen. Sie können die Verarbeitung jederzeit beenden oder die Löschung per E-Mail an office@asteyo.com verlangen; nach Ihrer Löschanfrage werden die Daten nicht weiter verarbeitet.

Grundsätze der Verarbeitung

ASTEYO hält alle Grundsätze aus Artikel 5 der DSGVO ein und stellt sicher, dass personenbezogene Daten:

• rechtmäßig, nach Treu und Glauben und transparent verarbeitet werden;
• für festgelegte, eindeutige und legitime Zwecke erhoben werden;
• dem Zweck angemessen, erheblich und auf das Notwendige beschränkt sind;
• korrekt und aktuell sind;
• nicht länger als nötig in identifizierbarer Form aufbewahrt werden;
• so verarbeitet werden, dass angemessene Sicherheit gewährleistet ist, damit die Daten vollständig, vertraulich und verfügbar sind.

Cookies

Unsere Website verwendet nur die technisch notwendige Speicherung, die zur Auslieferung der Seite und zur Speicherung Ihrer Sprachwahl erforderlich ist. Wir setzen derzeit keine Werbe-, Analyse- oder Tracking-Cookies von Dritten ein. • Datenübertragbarkeit — Erhalt der von Ihnen bereitgestellten Daten in einem strukturierten, maschinenlesbaren Format (Art. 20);
• Widerspruch — Widerspruch gegen eine auf berechtigten Interessen beruhende Verarbeitung sowie jederzeit gegen Direktwerbung (Art. 21);
• Widerruf der Einwilligung — jederzeitiger Widerruf einer erteilten Einwilligung, ohne dass die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung berührt wird (Art. 7 Abs. 3).

Angajamentul nostru

ASTEYO se angajează să îți protejeze datele personale. Această politică explică modul în care colectăm, utilizăm și protejăm datele tale atunci când folosești site-ul. Respectăm legislația română și UE aplicabilă privind protecția datelor, inclusiv GDPR. Protecția datelor în timpul prelucrării este o preocupare majoră a ASTEYO; toate datele colectate în timpul vizitelor sunt prelucrate conform legii. Această politică se aplică clienților ASTEYO și tuturor celorlalți utilizatori. „Date personale" înseamnă orice informație despre o persoană identificată sau identificabilă colectată prin acest site.

Site-ul nostru poate include linkuri către alte site-uri al căror conținut este în afara controlului nostru; nu ne asumăm răspunderea pentru aceste site-uri sau practicile lor de protecție a datelor. Cu excepția cazurilor prevăzute de lege, nu dezvăluim informații despre vizitele tale. Gestionăm datele pe care le furnizezi în siguranță și numai în scopurile declarate.

Ce date prelucrăm

Prin intermediul site-ului, ASTEYO poate colecta și prelucra: prenume, nume, adresă de email, adresă IP și alte date furnizate de utilizatori. Putem colecta, de asemenea, tipul și versiunea browserului, sistemul de operare, site-ul de proveniență, subpaginile vizitate, data și ora accesării, adresa IP și furnizorul de acces la internet. Aceste informații sunt folosite pentru a livra corect site-ul, a optimiza conținutul, a asigura viabilitatea pe termen lung a tehnologiei și a furniza autorităților informațiile necesare urmăririi penale în caz de atac cibernetic. Rapoartele de trafic includ adresa IP, momentul vizitei și sursa din care ai ajuns pe site. Informațiile din cookie-uri pot include date din vizitele anterioare și date de trafic.

Contact direct prin site

Dacă ne contactezi prin email sau prin formularul de contact, datele transmise sunt stocate automat pentru prelucrare și pentru a te contacta. Aceste date nu sunt transferate către terți.

Transmiterea CV-ului

Persoanele interesate să lucreze în cadrul sau pentru ASTEYO pot aplica prin site încărcându-și CV-ul. Datele din CV sau din mesajul însoțitor sunt stocate pentru a contacta persoana cu privire la o posibilă colaborare.

Scopurile prelucrării

Folosim datele utilizatorilor și vizitatorilor pentru a prezenta și furniza serviciile noastre, a te informa despre activitățile și ofertele noastre, a personaliza serviciile, a procesa cererile tale, a răspunde solicitărilor clienților, a recruta angajați și colaboratori, a te contacta pentru actualizarea datelor, pentru marketing și publicitate prin newsletter și pentru analize statistice care nu creează profiluri individuale. Datele colectate în aceste scopuri nu sunt prelucrate în alte scopuri decât cu consimțământul tău expres.

Temeiuri legale

Prelucrarea se bazează pe obligațiile legale ale ASTEYO rezultate din operațiunile desfășurate prin acest site, pe interesul legitim al companiei de a-și promova produsele și/sau serviciile și pe consimțământul tău pentru marketing/publicitate, recrutare și alte prelucrări pentru care legea cere consimțământ.

Durata de stocare

Datele personale sunt stocate pe durata legală de păstrare. După expirarea acesteia, datele sunt șterse periodic dacă nu mai sunt necesare scopului pentru care au fost colectate. Acolo unde nu există obligația legală de păstrare, datele sunt păstrate maximum 3 ani. Dacă ne contactezi cu o întrebare, păstrăm datele atât timp cât este necesar, dar nu mai mult de 3 ani de la ultima corespondență. Dacă ți-ai dat consimțământul pentru marketing, păstrăm datele până la dezabonare sau cererea de ștergere; datele de marketing sunt șterse la 3 ani de la ultima interacțiune. Cookie-urile stocate pe dispozitivul tău sunt păstrate maximum 3 ani. CV-urile transmise pentru o posibilă colaborare sunt prelucrate pe baza consimțământului tău și păstrate până la 3 ani, dacă nu ceri ștergerea mai devreme. Poți opri prelucrarea sau cere ștergerea oricând, prin email la office@asteyo.com; după cererea de ștergere, datele nu mai sunt prelucrate.

Principiile prelucrării

ASTEYO respectă toate principiile prevăzute la articolul 5 din GDPR, asigurând că datele personale sunt:

• prelucrate legal, corect și transparent;
• colectate în scopuri determinate, explicite și legitime;
• adecvate, relevante și limitate la ceea ce este necesar;
• corecte și actualizate;
• păstrate într-o formă care permite identificarea nu mai mult decât este necesar;
• prelucrate astfel încât să se asigure o securitate adecvată, datele fiind complete, confidențiale și disponibile.

Cookie-uri

Site-ul nostru folosește doar stocarea strict necesară pentru a livra site-ul și a reține opțiunea ta de limbă. În prezent nu folosim cookie-uri de publicitate, de analiză sau de urmărire ale terților. Dacă vom introduce în viitor cookie-uri neesențiale, îți vom cere acordul în prealabil printr-un banner de cookie-uri și îți vom oferi posibilitatea de a-ți gestiona opțiunile.

Securitatea datelor

Aplicăm măsuri tehnice și organizatorice adecvate pentru a proteja datele personale împotriva accesului neautorizat, pierderii sau utilizării abuzive, în conformitate cu articolul 32 din GDPR. Datele transmise prin acest site sunt criptate în tranzit (HTTPS).

Transferuri internaționale de date

Datele tale personale sunt prelucrate în interiorul Uniunii Europene. Nu transferăm date personale către țări din afara UE/SEE. • Opoziție — să te opui prelucrării bazate pe interesele noastre legitime și, oricând, marketingului direct (art. 21);
• Retragerea consimțământului — să retragi oricând consimțământul acordat, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării anterioare retragerii (art. 7 alin. 3).

Dreptul de a depune o plângere

Dacă consideri că ți-am prelucrat datele personale în mod ilegal, ai dreptul de a depune o plângere la o autoritate de supraveghere. Autoritatea competentă pentru ASTEYO este Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 București, România, email anspdcp@dataprotection.ro. Dacă te afli în altă țară din UE/SEE, poți contacta și autoritatea locală de protecție a datelor.

Fără decizii automate

Nu folosim datele tale personale pentru luarea unor decizii automate sau pentru profilare cu efecte juridice sau similare semnificative asupra ta, în sensul articolului 22 din GDPR.

Responsabil cu protecția datelor

Nu am desemnat un responsabil cu protecția datelor (DPO), întrucât nu avem această obligație conform articolului 37 din GDPR. Pentru orice întrebare sau cerere privind protecția datelor, te rugăm să ne contactezi la office@asteyo.com.
